Deze menu's bestaan uit 6 of 7 kleinere gerechten, bij elkaar zijn deze gerechten ruim voldoende voor 1 volledige maaltijd.
Het mooie aan dit concept is, dat je op iedere "reis" een ander land bezoekt en mag je genieten van verschillende gerechten en smaken welke horen bij het land dat we aandoen.
